Vital Breath for Earth
A meditation for healing the planet

Vital Breath for Earth is a silent meditation that meets every Wednesday at 12 pm PT. Vital Breath seeks to deepen our living connection and commitment to support and heal our Mother Earth. When you register you will receive a Zoom link to use weekly. You only need to register once for the entire series. Your microphone will be automatically muted when you join. A bell will open and, after thirty-minutes, close the session. Please join us.

Vital Breath will be on retreat until (Northern hemisphere) Fall. In the interim, please engage in Earth healing with our Guided Meditations or sign up for Walking Meditation With Tortoises.

For those of you who are new or less familiar with breath focused meditation, this video provides a short, guided practice you can use to begin as you develop your own rhythm.

The main thing is to use your breath to feel and deepen connection with Mother Earth.
