Breath is vital for all beings. Breath is life itself. By sitting together in meditation, our mindful breath revitalizes and refreshes the Earth’s depleted body. Our collective compassion, mindfulness, and concentration restore equilibrium and balance. Together, we catalyze deep transformation for the entire planet.

For those of you who are new or less familiar with breath focused meditation, this video provides a short, guided practice you can use to begin as you develop your own rhythm.

The main thing is to use your breath to feel and deepen connection with Mother Earth. 

Your attentive breath pours life and love into our beautiful planet and all her beings.

When you register you will receive a Zoom link to use weekly each Wednesday at 12 pm PT.

Your microphone will be automatically muted when you join. A bell will open and close the thirty-minute meditation.
