Vital Breath for Earth
A meditation for healing the planet
Vital Breath for Earth is a silent meditation that meets every Wednesday at 12 pm PT. When you register you will receive a Zoom link to use weekly. You only need to register once for the entire series. Your microphone will be automatically muted when you join. A bell will open and, after thirty-minutes, close the session.
Following the silent meditation, Lauren Bailey leads a twenty-minute Reflective Practice following the silent meditation. Each session focuses on a teaching from Zen monk and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh to deepen our understanding and capacity to support and heal Plant, Animal, and other Earth kin. When you register for Vital Breath, you are automatically registered for the Reflective Practice. However, you may choose to attend one or both. If you are unable to attend the Reflective Practice, the recorded session will be made available here.
When you register you will receive a Zoom link to use weekly, each Wednesday at 12 pm PT.
For those of you who are new or less familiar with breath focused meditation, this video provides a short, guided practice you can use to begin as you develop your own rhythm.
The main thing is to use your breath to feel and deepen connection with Mother Earth.
Your attentive breath pours life and love into our beautiful planet and all her beings.
