In this Introductory course, we bring together insights from Buddhism and science to explore how Nature Consciousness expands our practices of mindfulness. Most of our everyday life, culture, customs, language and social practices are shaped by the view that humans are superior and separate from Nature. Through a combination of talks and practices together, we explore how individually and collectively, the shift to Nature Consciousness affects our personal view and evolution and our relationships by bringing us into alignment with the ethics and values of the natural world.

No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
