Meditation and practice for healing the Earth
Hello and welcome to our Reflective Practices. These short, meditative discussions bring insights from meditation into practice in our everyday lives. We draw on the teachings and work of Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh to deepen our understanding of how we can cultivate peace and wellbeing in ourselves and guide our consciousness, and that of others, into harmony with the natural world. These brief, focused practices are intended to enhance our ability to live by the ethics and ways of Plants, Animals, and other Earth Beings.
Reflective Practices meet every week at 12:30 pm PT following Vital Breath for Earth silent meditation. If you are unable to attend or wish to listen again, the sessions are recorded and available below.
